The JIMS email list is for human resources employees only.

The JIMS list is used by HR professionals to discuss issues they are faced with on a day to day basis.  They can post questions that might get an answer from one or more of their peers in other organizations.  It helps the participating organizations remain competitive and opens lines of communications that save time and money.

Lists are designed to allow the user to control their subscription.  By following the link below you will find the form to subscribe to the JIMS list...pending verification that you are an HR employee.  At any time you can unsubscribe by clicking on a link at the bottom of any message you get from the list.  And, there will never be a time that the membership information (like your email address) will be sold, traded, or otherwise disclosed to anyone not involved with the JIMS group.  Please note that email addresses of posters can be seen in the archives however.
